In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, Angelic Health Social Worker Shalini Basu and Seth Edwards from Mental Health Association presented a bilingual presentation at the Village of St. Peters Senior High-rise in Pleasantville about stress management.
Through recognizing the signs of stress and practicing self-care such getting both enough sleep and physical activity, eating a healthy diet, and seeking help when needed, you can reduce your stress to avoid health issues.
